Can I paddle?

People of all ages can paddle. Minimum level of fitness is required for any outdoor activity including SUP. If you can stand on one foot for 30 seconds, get from a kneeling position to a standing position, pull yourself out of the deep end of a pool without a ladder, you can do this.

We will teach you everything you need to know to stand on a board and paddle away.

We have different sized boards to accommodate larger people over six-foot tall, or smaller folks and children under five-foot tall.

What if I don’t want to SUP but would like to get on the water with my friends or family?

Kayaks are available for rent (2-people kayaks).

The following restrictions apply: A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for minors under 18. Unaccompanied children ages 16-18 may participate with a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must accompany children under 16. A private lesson may be great fit for unaccompanied minors. Please call to discuss the specific needs.
